Hello, Suzanne. Thank you for reaching out. We were in full communication when reached out about your complaint. We allowed you to check in early to our home and you waited 2 days to complain about some construction noise which was very close to the end of your stay with us. We have had many bookings at this property and not one of our guests ever complained about any noise and gave us nothing but 5 star reviews. We offered to move you to another property which you declined. Instead you asked for in your words... "a huge credit" or you were going to give us a bad review. We are not a fan of threats and feel we went above and beyond for you as we do for all of our guests but in the end you just wanted a discounted stay. We are very sorry it had to come to this and wish you and your family the very best.
