This Airbnb was unlike any house I’ve ever stayed in. It has all the amenities that me and my friends needed and more. It was very spacious, comfortable, updated, and felt very homie the minute we arrived. The host was also very nice and helpful. I’d give this house an A+ would definitely go back.

Host staff was super friendly, helpful, and fast to respond to issues. The property had all the amenities listed and they where awesome. There were some minor cleanliness issues. The kitchen has a very limited supply of cookware for cooking for 30 plus people. The exit gate require you to get real close to one and then throw the car in reverse to backup before the hit you. All in all awesome place and I’d rent it again.

This property is incredible. Huge place, around 10 acres. We had a large group and there was always something to do, even if one wanted to get away on their own for a bit. I would highly recommend large groups wanting a place to hang out together comfortably to book this property.

This is a beautiful property to be enjoyed by large families and groups. Rooms were very comfortable and our family loved gathering in the pool house. This is your own private resort!! Place was better than anticipated and we will be back! Serena was awesome and helped with everything we needed. Water wasn’t getting hot and she had plumbers there within an hour or so to fix! One of the Bluetooth speakers wasn’t working and she ran a replacement out to us. HIGHLY recommend this group!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Host was very welcoming, but not all of the amenities worked as they should. When asked them to fix it , I was told it could not be repaired till after we left the property. The plumbing issue could have been repaired for our use but because their plumber was not available it did not get fixed and we had to deal with it.

Melissa was great to work with and helped us secure an early check in. Our family group of 23 especially enjoyed the pool with slide and waterfall, the fenced in sport court, (lighted at night), and the billiard table. The house had plenty of seating inside and out and the beds/linens were exquisite..The spa was a big hit with everyone and the grandkids loved the colored lights at night. It truly is a remarkable place which we highly recommend!.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how spectacular HOHZO On the River is. From the very first interaction with Sean and his team to the moment you have to sadly leave, you will be amazed. Sean, Melissa, and Nick immediately respond to inquiries and needs and ensure your experience is beyond five-star. The home is spacious, immaculate, and spread out enough so that you can retreat for some quiet time if you don’t want to partake in the huge kitchen and family room, game and movie room, or lounge by the biggest pool I have ever seen in a rental property. The waterfall, lazy river, and misters kept us cool on the string of 106 degree days Phoenix was experiencing while we were there. My family and I travel to the Phoenix area every year, and will definitely be staying at this magnificent property again.

Where do I beging to discuss the good time we have at your beautiful house? This house is amazing! We had between 17-20 family members staying over the 6 nights we had the house booked. Check in was easy and the manager met us at the house to go over controls-which were simple to use. We had a couple mechincal issues that were taken care of so quickly it didn't interfer with our vacation. The house slept everyone and was quiet for kids wanting to nap or sleep in. The outdoor space is amazing. Kids and adults loved the pool and we are already talking about coming back next year.

The host management company was responsive and very helpful. Everything for check in and check out was easy, clear in the instructions, and fast to accomplish. We had a 17 person family reunion and everything went great. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and living space were great. I would recommend the house and management company.

For what you spend to stay here it was kind of disappointing. The house itself and surrounding land was beautiful but there were numerous things that were not up to par. They would not allow early check in without a fee because they had to make sure everything was ready to go. That is totally fine but over half of the patio lights did not work and the hibachi chef we hired had to work in the dark. It seemed that regular maintenance was not done nor was it “ready” Many of the doors that led outside did not lock, which was weird and random bathroom doors also did not lock. There were various random scuffs on the wall where artwork had been hung and for 12k you would expect a house in perfect condition. Outside of that, the property manager walked into the house unannounced. She was very helpful and responsive when we needed her but I felt that was very inappropriate. I do feel they could provide more cooking pans and things in the kitchen as well as towels.

What an incredible stay! The team at Hozho was very responsive - Serena helped our group get settled, making sure we understood how to use all the amenities of the house, and she reacted quickly to any questions we had or information we needed aftedr check-in. The house was the perfect size for our group of 16 people - it was in great condition, had a very well stocked kitchen, and the more "remote" setting was very relaxing for our trip while also being quite easy to get to/from the airport and to restaurants in the heart of Scottsdale. Can't recommend it enough!

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check in was incredibly easy with clear instructions, & the host was responsive & helpful every step of the way. The home was easy to find & we felt right at home immediately. The space was spotless, truly pristine. The furniture & linens were fresh & clean, the kitchen was clutter free, & the bathrooms were sparkling. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch. The wine, cheese, & goodies made us feel so welcomed & set the tone for a relaxing stay. Everything matched the listing perfectly. The home looked just like the photos, & all amenities & services were exactly as described. Communication was excellent throughout, friendly, proactive, & always quick to respond. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. The location was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, & still close to plenty of things to do! ✔️ 10 out of 10 100% recommend!!!

Amazing stay. We walked in and it smelled like a spa! Everything was clean and in good order. 5 beds rooms with their own bathrooms plus 2 additional bedrooms. The outdoor spa was a paradise. We will definitely be back!

We had planned a boys trip to Scottsdale for golf, pickleball and watching the Final Four games. We had a great time! The property was a perfect fit for all our needs. Had a small issues with the streaming services watching the Final Four games, which we were able to resolve on our own. The property is clean, well kept, great backyard, pickleball court is a great size, not too small. If our travel plans bring us back to Scottsdale, we will definitely be checking to see if this property is available.

This is a gorgeous property with beautiful views and a very responsive property management crew. We enjoyed the spectacular hot tub and pool, comfortable beds and spacious common areas. We would definitely choose this property again for our family vacation.

From the moment we arrived, this place felt like a true escape. The vibe is relaxed and peaceful, with high-end amenities that make you feel like you are actually on vacation rather than just staying somewhere new. The outdoor space is a highlight, the pool and fire pit give you options for whatever mood you are in, whether that is winding down quietly or gathering around the fire with friends. What really set this experience apart, though, was the Premier AZ team. They are incredibly responsive and we are talking minutes, not hours. We had actually run into a bad situation with a different rental company and reached out to them on short notice. They had us sorted out in under 30 minutes and settled into the unit within the hour. That kind of service is rare and it made all the difference. I would highly recommend this unit and honestly any property managed by this team. They clearly take pride in both the quality of their rentals and the experience of their guests.
