Verified Guest Reviews for HÓZHÓ Scottsdale Estates

These reviews come from public Guesty-connected booking channel records tied to a published estate. Review source, rating, date, and verified-stay status are shown when the source record provides them.

How the review record works

Website code does not suppress reviews because of a low rating. Records explicitly hidden through the existing moderation control are excluded from public display.

I will definitely be staying here again! The property was exactly like the pictures. The house was spotless! The host was professional and the communication was excellent. Using a rental property is always stressful because of AI pics and misinformation but not this one. It’s worth it!

Enormous house with plenty to do. 2 very nice and professional ladies greeted us with introduction and tour. Tons of space, super clean. We didn’t have to leave the house. Entertainment and comfort was provided for the entire weekend. We did have some trouble with one of the casita suites AC. Initially the host was super responsive in fixing it; however, by following day the AC unit stopped working and host stopped responding. But other than the hot room everything else was perfect!

We had a great stay for a corporate retreat here! The bedrooms/bathroom are great and provide ample space for 16+ people. We ran into a few issues, but HOZHO was always prompt in their responses and getting someone out to the property to rectify them. Quiet property and lots of things to keep a large group active and interested! Would stay again.

This property is incredible. Huge place, around 10 acres. We had a large group and there was always something to do, even if one wanted to get away on their own for a bit. I would highly recommend large groups wanting a place to hang out together comfortably to book this property.

We enjoyed this property and the hosts were friendly, accommodating and responsive and never interfered in our stay.We had 5-6 family groups in this stay and all had their own space, while leaving plenty of areas to mingle and play. The pool was so fun, the kids enjoyed the theatre and all enjoyed the different game rooms! Grocery delivery was always smooth. Perfect for our friend and family get together!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this incredible Scottsdale property! There were 8 of us, and this beautiful, spacious home felt like a mansion and was perfect for our group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a wonderful living room for relaxing together, and a fabulous, well-equipped kitchen. We were in Scottsdale for a 2-day conference and had 2 full days to enjoy the property. We spent a LOT of time in the pool, which was the perfect temperature, and the hot tub was equally wonderful. We enjoyed both every day! The beautiful pool and hot tub lighting was an amazing touch, especially in the evenings. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, making our stay completely stress-free.

We had an excellent stay at this home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was perfect for our group, with multiple bathrooms, a fantastic pool and hot tub, and an incredible golf simulator that was a huge highlight of the trip. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was outstanding—very responsive and available whenever we needed anything, which made the entire experience effortless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with plenty of amenities and an exceptional host. 5 stars all around! We were a group of 20 golfers with plenty of courses nearby.

This stay was exactly what we needed for our large group. Pretty much everyone had their own bathroom which was an important factor when deciding where we were going to stay. The house was clean and overall welcoming. The Backyard was the star. The kids spent most of their time at the house in the pool. The hosts were very responsive to any messages I sent. The location was nice and quiet with grocery stores and restaurants about a ten minute drive away which was super convenient. We spent alot of time in the simulator. The whole game suite was very fun for the adults and for the kids. Overall, for a big group, this house was great and I would highly reccomend it.

My family and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was the perfect place to have a large gathering and not feel cramped. The house itself is gorgeous and the bedrooms are well planned out so that people don’t have to share space. The backyard is stunning and there’s so much to do on the property to keep people entertained, you don’t ever have to leave the house! We all really enjoyed our stay and the staff that manages this place is so nice and communicates quickly and was available at all times with any questions we had. This house really made the weekend even more memorable. Would highly recommend this property.

We hosted a company offsite event here, and the house was perfect for it. It had plenty of space, and the backyard with the lazy river and the hot tub was incredible. The hosts were super responsive, but the house was so well equipped that we barely had a need to reach out to the host. When we did once, they responded almost instantly. They also took the time to stop by during our stay after checking with us first to come and explain to us the features of the house. Great stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! We had a group of 12 guys in town for a golf trip, and this place was perfect for us. The house is MASSIVE, extremely clean, and had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the trip. The hosts really went above and beyond. Communication was great from the moment we booked, and they even helped us arrange a private chef and IV services at the house — which, after a few long days of golf and late nights, was definitely appreciated! The house itself was awesome, but the service and attention to detail really put the experience over the top. If you’re coming with a big group, especially for a golf trip, this is the spot. Easy 5 stars. We’ll 100% be staying here again when we come back!

Overall a truly great experience with some (very) small hiccups. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous with their time and energy. Will definitely re-book if in Phoenix again. Hosts had a small appetizer board together, gave a personal tour to our first arrivals and were gracious enough to assist us with storing bags before check in. Those hiccups: A recurring comment during our stay was that that the pillows were TOO fluffy and it made comfort difficult. Which is the most first world problem of all time The hot tub’s heater, misters and other water features were not functioning upon arrival. The misters were fixed, but the hot tub never got going. The iPad in the kitchen to address the hot tub isn’t convenient for tinkering with the hot tub or sauna as they’re quite far away. Two different breakers tripped during our stay, but the hosts were INCREDIBLY quick to get that fixed. All small, manageable things and as I said, would absolutely rebook

Great property for large groups, plenty of amenities. Plan to bring/buy every little ingredient you may need for cooking, they don’t have anything except the the tools to cook, serve and eat. House was also shy on matching wine glasses, or enough for our group. Master bedroom doesn’t have shades, be ready to wake up with the sun.

Customer service was beyond exceptional. When I had a question or needed something they were ON IT! Cleanliness was exceptional I have not been in a place that clean and I’ve stayed in many places. There were 13 of us for a business retreat and none of my team complained about anything. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic and as silly as this sounds the toilet paper was NOT 1 ply. :) Communication was fantastic and really I/we could not have asked for anything more. We enjoyed the outdoor patios as well as the spacious living areas. Truly worth the money in every way.

The pictures of the property are very accurate. It’s a beautiful, clean, well maintained home. It was a comfortable space for our family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. The host answered questions right away and offered concise instructions on arrival and departure, pool, hot tub etc. Highlights were the outdoor space and the continuous supply of ice in the ice machine!

Amazing experience all around. The property managers who met us at the house were awesome. I got multiple messages before my checkin ensuring everything would be a smooth process. And last but not least, the house speaks for itself. Thank you!!!

We had a great stay! This is such an incredibly beautiful home, so well designed, full of amazing amenities and things to enjoy. The photos really do not do this home justice; this home is spacious, well laid out, and gives a nice sense of privacy for all guests. The neighborhood is quiet, feels safe, and is incredibly well positioned to access pretty much all of Scottsdale. The pool, also, was a hit. We loved the fountains, the lights, and spent so much time outside enjoying the yard. Above all, Hózhó and the team were always proactive in communication, quick to reply, and made the whole stay so easy. I highly recommend a stay here!!!

Host was able to accommodate us a couple hours early. They were very helpful and responsive on how to operate the amenities. Great location for all the neighboring golf courses and short drives to the grocery and restaurants in the area. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a great stay in Scottsdale! The hosts were extremely responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything was easy and comfortable, and they made us feel right at home. This was honestly one of the most welcoming Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Scottsdale!

This is a truly lovely home in Scottsdale. Hosts were very kind to let us check in early and the welcome tour was informative and helpful. Kitchen came with a few snacks and water which was GREAT to stave off our hunger from travel as we set up our grocery order. The hosts offered to do that for us too! The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and everything was truly very peaceful and comfortable. Wonderful stay.

This place was incredible! A group of my girlfriends stayed here to celebrate a 40th birthday. This house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The host was welcoming and met us for a tour. Instructions were clear and they were very responsive when we had questions during our stay. The house is also in a great location. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

This house hosted by Hohzo was exactly as described. Great place with nice amenities close to all that Oldtown has to offer. Highly recommend Grounds on 2nd for coffee and breakfast, just a 5 minute walk. Communication with Hohzo was very good and it was nice getting the tour from Jennifer when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.
