Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of StayHozho.com and services offered under the HÓZHÓ Scottsdale brand. By using the site, requesting a quote, or submitting a booking, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you book for a group, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to make the booking, and will make these terms and all property rules available to every guest.

Each estate, quote, checkout screen, booking confirmation, and rental agreement may include property-specific rates, deposits, occupancy limits, minimum stays, cancellation terms, house rules, and other conditions. Review them before paying. If a property-specific term presented before payment conflicts with these general terms, the property-specific term controls for that reservation.

Availability and prices can change until a reservation is accepted and confirmed. A search result or quote is not a hold and does not guarantee a booking. Before payment, the checkout flow presents the total amount and an itemized breakdown of lodging charges, mandatory fees, taxes, and any selected optional services. We may correct an obvious pricing or availability error before confirming a reservation and will not charge a corrected amount without your approval.

A reservation is complete only after the payment flow succeeds and you receive a confirmation number or written confirmation. Payment card information is collected through Guesty and its payment providers. StayHozho.com does not store full card numbers on its own servers. You authorize the amounts and payment schedule shown at checkout, including any disclosed deposit, balance payment, taxes, and mandatory fees.

You are responsible for providing accurate guest, contact, and payment information. A payment authorization, failed payment, fraud review, or temporary quote does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.

Unless different cancellation terms are clearly presented and accepted before payment, the general lodging cancellation policy is:

• More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
• 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• 14 days or less before arrival: no refund.

Golf, transportation, concierge, event, promotional, and third-party services may have separate cancellation terms that will be disclosed before purchase. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change a stay.

A quote or rental agreement may require a security deposit, damage waiver, or payment authorization. You are responsible for damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests or animals, fines, chargebacks, and other losses caused by you or your group, to the extent permitted by law and the accepted booking terms. We will provide a reasonable explanation and supporting information for post-stay charges.

Estates are for lawful residential lodging. A reservation does not authorize a wedding, ticketed gathering, public event, retail operation, restaurant, banquet use, or other nonresidential activity. Proposed events or unusually large gatherings require advance written approval and may require a separate agreement, permits, insurance, or fees.

Guests must follow occupancy, parking, noise, safety, pet, smoking, pool, spa, and community rules, along with applicable laws and ordinances. Material violations may result in removal, cancellation, or charges as allowed by the reservation terms and applicable law.

Vacation homes may include pools, spas, fireplaces, stairs, sports equipment, desert terrain, and other features that require care and adult supervision. Guests must use amenities as directed and promptly report unsafe conditions or damage. Photos and descriptions are intended to be accurate, but furnishings, views, landscaping, and available amenities can change because of maintenance, weather, safety, or replacement.

Tell us before booking if a guest needs a particular accessibility feature. We will confirm what is available for the selected property, but website descriptions should not be treated as a guarantee of accessibility unless confirmed in writing.

Guesty, payment processors, chefs, transportation providers, golf courses, massage providers, and other vendors may provide services under their own terms. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, independent providers are responsible for their own services, licenses, insurance, availability, and conduct.

Approved software assistants may use our public MCP, API, or CLI to browse published property information, check availability, request quotes, compare estates, and prepare a checkout link. These tools do not accept payment card data and do not complete a reservation. The traveler must review the current total, property rules, cancellation terms, guest details, and payment information on StayHozho.com before submitting payment.

Automated use must respect published rate limits and must not scrape restricted data, probe credentials, bypass checkout controls, misrepresent availability, or state that a booking is confirmed without a valid confirmation response.

You agree that quotes, disclosures, confirmations, receipts, and other reservation communications may be provided electronically using the contact information you submit. You are responsible for keeping that information current. Marketing messages, if any, require any separate consent required by law.

The site, branding, text, photographs, interfaces, and software are owned by HÓZHÓ Scottsdale or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use public content for personal trip planning and approved agent integrations. You may not copy, resell, impersonate, or create a misleading booking service from our content.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and public agent tools are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, HÓZHÓ Scottsdale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, a third-party service, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your violation of these terms, property rules, applicable law, or the acts of guests for whom you booked. This does not require you to cover a claim caused by our own unlawful conduct.

These terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these terms or a direct reservation may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The date above identifies the current version. The terms accepted when a reservation is submitted continue to govern that reservation unless both parties agree otherwise. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
