Overall a truly great experience with some (very) small hiccups. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous with their time and energy. Will definitely re-book if in Phoenix again. Hosts had a small appetizer board together, gave a personal tour to our first arrivals and were gracious enough to assist us with storing bags before check in. Those hiccups: A recurring comment during our stay was that that the pillows were TOO fluffy and it made comfort difficult. Which is the most first world problem of all time The hot tub’s heater, misters and other water features were not functioning upon arrival. The misters were fixed, but the hot tub never got going. The iPad in the kitchen to address the hot tub isn’t convenient for tinkering with the hot tub or sauna as they’re quite far away. Two different breakers tripped during our stay, but the hosts were INCREDIBLY quick to get that fixed. All small, manageable things and as I said, would absolutely rebook
