The whole home is amazing! So many things to do on this property. The highlight for sure was the pool, slide and lazy river! So much fun. We enjoyed all the amenities that the house had to offer. It felt like staying at a resort all to ourselves. We never had to leave the property until check-out. There is so much to do on this property. Loved every second of it. We had our wedding in front of the gigantic windows in the main house. It was more than we ever imagined. Our whole family loved every second in this home. Place was better than anticipated and we will be back! Serena was awesome and helped with everything we needed. Water wasn’t getting hot and she had plumbers there within an hour or so to fix! Host was very welcoming, but not all of the amenities worked as they should. When asked them to fix it , I was told it could not be repaired till after we left the property. The plumbing issue could have been repaired for our use but because their plumber was not available it did not get fixed and we had to deal with it.

As amazing as the place looks in the photos in the VBRO app it is even better in person. It is phenomenal with so many comfy and large rooms with lots of space to entertain. Lots of things to do inside like video games pool ping pong and a great theatre pool. The outside area with the pool lazy river and large deck space was wonderful. You have to experience it to fully appreciate it. I’m glad someone was there to show us around when we got there because the place is so large we would have missed some of the hidden suprises.

This property is awesome. The house and grounds are in great condition. Luxury with functionality. Main house is huge and can spread out. Poker room is cool. We stayed at this property for our annual work retreat, and it exceeded every expectation. The main house was beautifully decorated—fun, unique, and full of character. We especially loved the player piano and the large dining table, which made our first night of talking, laughing, and sharing a meal together so special.The bedrooms were all newly updated, comfortable, and spotless, giving everyone their own wonderful suite to relax in. The guest house was equally pristine and provided the perfect quiet getaway space when needed.The pool house was ideal for our all-day team meeting, with a fully equipped kitchen and buffet area that made meals and breaks seamless. The private movie theater was a hit with our movie and TV buffs, offering cozy seating for day or night enjoyment.But the highlight was definitely the outdoor space. The lazy river, pool, water slide, hot tub, covered gazebo, and lounge area were the best we’ve ever had at any retreat location—bar none. This was our fifth and largest retreat, and the outdoor setup made it unforgettable.Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of room for everyone and no restrictions.We’ve already decided—we’ll be back next year. We truly found the holy grail of retreat properties!

We had a family of 18 stay for a week. The campus, houses and pool were fantastic. However, we had workers in the house when we arrived trying to fix the WiFi. Thus we were frustrated that we had difficulty starting our vacation recognizing we were not allowed to arrive earlier Also a defective fire alarm and a screaming alarm late one night (undefined cause) were real disappointments.

Overall, it was a good stay. We enjoyed the movie theater, the pool, the game room, the piano, the dining room and other aspects of the property. No air conditioning in the second building for the first night so we had to double up the bed situation - that was uncomfortable. We thought more could’ve been done to remedy that. There was plenty of fridge space in the pool building and TVs in all the rooms. We didn’t really need to leave the property to do fun things. The misters were nice, the fireplace was nice, the poker room was nice. Overall, it was a good stay.

This was a seamless experience. The property management worked with me and communicated the entire time. The property was stunning. The property is better in person than it appears online. $500 early check in fee with no heat in pool

The property and houses were lovely. They were clean and accomodated our large group. We were extemely disappointed to pay and extra $500 fee for an early check in and were told the pool, lazy river and spa would be heated by noon.
The pool, lazy river and spa were cold when we arrived and not swimmable until 24 hours later. We asked for a $500 refund for the early check in fee and did not get it. We decided on this property because of the pool and lazy river!
We would not return again.

This house was beautiful and spacious. The pictures are as it actually appears. We had multiple families come to Arizona and everyone had plenty of room and a great time. The lazy river pool was a highlight. This property is very well maintained and was spotless when we checked in. We had one issue where a guest locked themselves out of their bedroom. Upon contacting the property management company they responded within one minute and sent someone who was over to let our guest in their bedroom within 1 hour.

This home had everything we could have imagined to make our Thompson family reunion an unbelievable experience! There was space inside for the grandparents who had elevator access if they needed it. The kitchen off of the pool allowed us to use the smoker and grill and set up evening dinners where we had space to all eat together ... we had morning breakfast and coffee every morning in the main house . The decor was completely updated and all so clean. Everything was extremely high end gorgeous! Everyone loved the pool, especially the lazy river. Key travel was spot on with our grocery order as well as a cupcake delivery for a 7th birthday celebration. I would highly recommend staying at the HOzho main house... we are already talking about coming back again.

We spent the week after Christmas here with my large extended family and it was amazing and so much fun. The home was beautiful and very clean. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool and lazy river. When we arrived there was someone there to greet us and give us a tour and showed us how everything worked and that was very helpful. The staff was very attentive and if we had questions about anything they would help right away. Overall I would 10/10 recommend staying here we had a wonderful time!

This property is amazing! It was perfect for my family gathering and gave us so much to do we never had to leave. The pool is top notch and the lazy river was a huge hit. Great for families or golf trip

If you are looking for a large property in north scottsdale this is perfect, very close to where we were playing golf and loved all the space for everyone. The pool is great - definitely get the pool heated and ask them to do it in advance as it was still a bit cold when we arrived and for our stay. Overall a great property for families or groups of golfers.

Pictures don't describe how big the property is. Movie theater is awesome as well as pool. Hot water in shower takes time to heat up.

Awesome Resort Home with the Wow Factor

This gorgeous home offered everything we were looking for. My family and I were looking for a home large enough to accommodate everyone and allow us to all be together for an early Thanksgiving get together. This home not only had plenty of space for everyone, it also had tons of extras that kept both adults and kids entertained through the weekend including a pool, lazy river, water slide, and hot tub. The kids and adults also enjoyed the game room and pool table. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this experience to everyone.
