However, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the mechanical issues you encountered, particularly the air conditioning system, We understand how frustrating this must have been. While I understand that there were issues encountered, I'd like to highlight that we addressed all of your requests promptly. It's worth noting that we hadn't received any complaints about the AC from previous guests, and during your stay, the temperature ranged from 50-70 degrees, so opening a window could have alleviated any discomfort. Our General Manager also visited you to ensure your were properly taken care of. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to make your next stay more enjoyable.
